i found the rooms spacious and very clean. the hotel's location offered easy access to nearby attractions. i also found the option to send laundry off through the front desk quite convenient.

the hot water took a little while to come through (but it eventually did).

i appreciated the clean, spacious room with a modern feel. the hotel's location was convenient and close to the city center. the rooftop pool offered a relaxing escape from the heat. staff were friendly and helpful.

i had windows in my room looking out onto the hotel corridor, the windows are frosted so i could not see through. our windows were not locked, one did not have a lock and one was broken so i felt unsafe. i was unable to move rooms because the place was fully booked.

the breakfast had many options and was good. the location was central and convenient. the staff were helpful, especially when i needed directions. the rooftop pool offered a nice view of the city.

The bathroom had bad lighting. It was hard to see. the hot water took a long time to come through. That was annoying. there weren't enough coat hangers in the room, inconvenient.

The rooms are spacious, i seemed like royalty! everything was so clean, it. the staff were attentive. They helped me with everything. i enjoyed the nice restaurant too.

i noticed the bathroom lighting was a bit dim, it made shaving a little tricky.

the staff were helpful and smiling i found this very nice. the swimming pool and the bar and restaurant were good features. the location allows walking distance from some landmarks.

the room lacked direct daylight because of the window view. noise came from aircon machines outside both day and night.

i enjoyed my stay . the hotel's location was superb, offering easy access to many restaurants nearby. the hotel restaurant itself had very good food. the staff were always ready to help.!!

i did encounter a few minor issues . the lighting in the bathroom was not good. also, hot water took a while to come through, i had to wait a little. the gap around the bedroom door let light in, annoying.
